The client approached me regarding a traffic accident in which they sustained a serious injury and were unable to work. I represented the client in dealings with the insurance company, the police, and the at-fault party. I pursued all claims for compensation for damages and non-material harm on the client’s behalf and assisted in achieving a swift resolution of the case. Since the fee for legal services was agreed upon based on the success of the case and the actual amount recovered, the client did not need to provide any advance payment for legal services.

The clients approached me for comprehensive legal services related to the sale of their apartment. I prepared a reservation agreement, purchase agreement and an escrow agreement. I represented the clients before the Land Registry Office. The clients provided all necessary information and documentation via phone and email, and the personal meeting with the clients occurred only when all required documents were signed, completing the sale of the apartment.

The client approached me for assistance in recovering a debt from a contractor to whom she had paid an advance for work. However, the contractor did not complete the work and did not return the advance. After taking on the representation, I sent a pre-litigation demand to the contractor on behalf of the client. As a result, the contractor voluntarily refunded the advance to the client.

I am a lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association under registration number 19884.
I obtained my higher legal education at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and at the Faculty of Law of the University of Málaga.
During my studies, I completed internships at law firms in Ostrava and Brno. After completing my legal education, I worked at law firms in Ostrava.
Since 2021, I have been practicing as an independent lawyer in Havířov and Ostrava, providing legal assistance to individuals and businesses in various areas of law.
In addition to practicing law, I provide legal and analytical services to AION CS, s.r.o. in the areas of European Union legislation and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
I offer legal services in Czech and English, and I am also able to communicate in Spanish and partially in Polish.
